Great stem pan

The nonstick surface is great. The stem part is removable, allowing you to lift the cooked cake out from the sides and loosen from the bottom before removing. Overall, an excellent product.

Love it!

Very nice! I can't wait until bake my chiffon tube cake in it! I've heard some customers complain of leaking batter.On a cooking show I was watching, there was a suggestion that aluminum foil should be placed on the removable area (the outside) just for that reason. And that leaking can happen. So, I'll try that.

I'm so pleased with this purchase. The baking pan is well made and very sturdy. No need to butter and flour the pan. The material works like a charm. Bakes evenly and releases cakes easily. No leakage of batter and very easy to clean. Took a chance on the color pink, which is lovely pale shade, barely noticeable. Very happy with fast delivery and great price point. Would definitely recommend this purchase.
