Identical to the real thing, gorgeous in person & definitely keeps drinks cool

Have to say when I opened the box I was immediately impressed with the container. It looks like a crate that sat in the ocean for some time. Then when I opened it I thought these stones could pass for real ammo. It's amazing how real they look snd feel.

The stones get very, very cold and do a very good job of keeping drinks cold. They stay cold for a good amount of time which is good enough to enjoy a drink. I don't think they make drinks as cold as ice but they do keep them chilled. The bonus is nothing gets watered down thus helping drinks to keep their great taste. So based on the cosmetics and function of these stones I give them a very high recommendation!!!

Look great, good gift

Decent size, no nooks or crannys for liquid to seep into, easily cleanable.
I was looking for a gift for my step-dad who loves whiskey and figured he'd enjoy these. They look nice and have a good weight to them. The box they come in is a very nice touch.

Clever idea, solid metal would make for better execution

These little cartridge shaped whisky stones are great and keeping them in a little ammo box looking thing is pretty clever. They do get the job done and I'm mostly happy with them.

That said... I wish they were solid metal. Solid bronze or stainless steel or something. Something that wouldn't impart a taste. Heck, I've drank water from copper, bronze, and steel containers and couldn't taste the metal. So yeah - solid metal because the weight would feel so good.
